Short title This Act may be cited as the Community Law Enforcement Authority Restoration Act of 2025 or the CLEAR Act of 2025 . 2. Invaliding Forest Service rule relating to criminal prohibitions (a) In general The rule of the Forest Service entitled Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions (89 Fed. Reg. 92808 (November 25, 2024)) shall have no force or effect. (b) Implementation The Secretary of Agriculture shall not administer, implement, or enforce the rule described in subsection (a) or any substantially similar rule.
