II 119th CONGRESS 1st Session S. 1175 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES March 27, 2025 Mr. Daines (for himself and Ms. Cortez Masto ) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources A BILL To amend section 6903 of title 31, United States Code, to provide for additional population tiers, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Small County PILT Parity Act . 2.
