Short title This Act may be cited as the Improving Access to Addiction Medicine Providers Act . 2. Minority Fellowship Program Section 597 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290ll ) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting diagnosis, after related to ; and (2) in subsection (b), by inserting addiction medicine, after psychiatry, .
