Short title This Act may be cited as the Consolidating Aerospace Programs Efficiently at Canaveral Act or CAPE Canaveral Act . 2. Transfer of National Aeronautics and Space Administration headquarters to Brevard County, Florida Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the headquarters of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration shall be transferred to Brevard County, Florida.
