Short title This Act may be cited as the Funding is Zero for Zero Nutrition Options (FIZZ-NO) Act of 2025 . 2. Amendments Section 3 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2012 ) is amended— (1) in subsection (k) by inserting soda, after alcoholic beverages, , and (2) by inserting after subsection (r) the following: (r–1) Soda means a carbonated beverage that contains more than 1 gram of added sugar, artificial sweetener, or flavoring per serving. . 3. Effective date This Act shall take effect 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
