Short title This Act may be cited as the Fair Competition for Small Business Act of 2025 . 2. Amendment Section 4C(a)(1) of the Clayton Act ( 15 U.S.C. 15c(a)(1) ) is amended by inserting or section 2 of this Act after any violation of the Sherman Act .
