Short title This Act may be cited as the Community Law Enforcement Authority Restoration Act of 2025 or as the CLEAR Act of 2025 . 2. Limitation on enforcement of rule relating to Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions The Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture may not administer, implement or enforce the rule relating to Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions (89 Fed. Reg. 92808 (November 25, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
