Short title This Act may be cited as the Freedom to Compete Act of 2025 . 2. Codification of Executive Order 14267 Executive Order 14267 (90 Fed. Reg. 15629; relating to reducing anti-competitive regulatory barriers) shall have the force and effect of law.
