Reauthorization of certain programs (a) Swimming pool safety grant program Section 1405(e) of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8004(e) ) is amended by striking for fiscal year 2023 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2027 . (b) Education and awareness program Section 1407(b) of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8006(b) ) is amended by striking for fiscal year 2023 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2027 .
