Transfer of administrative jurisdiction of land to USPS; construction of post office (a) Transfer (1) in general Administrative jurisdiction of the Federal land is hereby transferred from the Secretary of the Interior to the United States Postal Service for use as a United States Postal facility, consistent with subsection (b). (2) Federal land For the purposes of this section, the term Federal land means the approximately 20.32 acres of Federal land in Saratoga Springs, Utah, known as Parcel #58:022:0021, located approximately west of Mountain View Corridor and north of SR–73 with access off Wild Blossom Boulevard. (b) Construction of post office Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Postal Service shall construct and begin operation of a post office on the Federal land transferred to the Postal Service under subsection (a).
