Short title This Act may be cited as the Integrating Social Workers Across Health Care Settings Act . 2. Clinical social worker services defined (a) In general Section 1861(hh)(2) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395x(hh)(2) ) is amended— (1) by inserting (and services and supplies furnished as an incident to such services) before performed by ; and (2) by striking for the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses . (b) Effective date The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to services furnished on or after December 1, 2025.
