Short title This Act may be cited as the Strengthening American Nuclear Energy Act . 2. Codification of Executive orders relating to nuclear energy The following Executive orders, signed on May 23, 2025, shall have the force and effect of law: (1) The Executive order entitled Reforming Nuclear Reactor Testing at the Department of Energy . (2) The Executive order entitled Deploying Advanced Nuclear Reactor Technologies for National Security . (3) The Executive order entitled Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission . (4) The Executive order entitled Reinvigorating the Nuclear Industrial Base .
