Short title This Act may be cited as the Original Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Safeguarding Eligible Clients Under Reimbursement Enforcement Act of 2025 or the SNAP SECURE Act of 2025 . 2. Reinstatement of funding for SNAP benefit replacement Section 501(b)(2)(C) of division HH of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 ( 7 U.S.C. 2016a(b)(2)(C) ) is amended by striking 2024 and inserting 2034 .
