Short title This Act may be cited as the Youth Lead Act . 2. Grants for youth organizations Section 410(d) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 ( 7 U.S.C. 7630(d) ) is amended— (1) by striking and at the end of paragraph (1); (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting ; and ; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (3) $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030. .
